Formed in 2013 as an early/new music vocal ensemble at Carnegie Mellon, Ping believes there's something special at the intersection of Pärt and Palestrina. They've opened for the Pittsburgh Symphony and Orion String Quartet, held residencies in Colorado and Nantucket, and been an important catalyst in the creation of new vocal music, having premiering eight new works by young composers this year.
